About Us

Meet the team behind Himala Ayurveda's training and treatments.

Himala Ayurveda is dedicated to providing the best Ayurvedic training techniques and Yoga to anyone interested in choosing Ayurveda therapy as a career. We have trained many professional therapists across various complementary therapy disciplines, both internationally and locally. Our courses are recognized by the Medical Council of Sri Lanka, allowing you to practice professionally.

You can train with us to become an expert in Ayurveda therapy and Yoga through our range of training courses — covering everything from relevant anatomy and physiology through to all of the practical techniques you'll need to deliver therapy to clients.

We are a team of professional instructors of traditional massage therapy who teach Ayurveda therapies and the techniques of Yoga. Our team is headed by Dr. Himali Perera, herself an Ayurvedic practitioner at a government hospital in Sri Lanka. We don't only train — we also provide Ayurveda treatments especially for foreigners who come to Sri Lanka in search of professional Ayurveda therapy, and we've already satisfied many international clients who come to us for both.
